By booking through this website, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate and that you will attend your appointment on time.

After a successful booking, we send a confirmation email to the address you provide.

You may choose to pay in the shop, or pay online where that option is available.

If you pay online, payment is processed securely by Stripe. When payment succeeds, we send a payment receipt to your email.

Bookings with incomplete online payment may not be confirmed until payment is completed or you switch to paying in the shop.

The shop may run promotions such as student discounts (only on eligible haircut services, as shown when booking) and loyalty offers (for example after 7 haircuts, the next one is free).

Promotions may change or end at any time and may have conditions (for example student ID on request). Offers cannot usually be combined unless we say so.

Please contact the shop as early as you can if you need to reschedule or cancel, so we can help other customers.

Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book online in future.

Prices and durations are as shown at the time of booking. Your barber may advise a suitable service based on hair length and condition.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses beyond the amount paid for the relevant service, except where injury is caused by our negligence.
