When you book, we collect your name, email address, and booking details (selected services, date, time, and payment method).

If you pay online, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

To send booking confirmation emails.

To send a payment receipt by email if you pay online.

To send appointment reminders and follow-up messages related to your visit (for example rebooking offers).

To communicate promotional offers that may apply to you, such as student discounts, loyalty offers (for example seven haircuts then the next one free), and other shop promotions when we run them.

To manage appointments, opening hours, and improve our service.

We may email you about promotions that remain relevant (for example student discounts, loyalty rewards, or limited-time offers).

You can ask us to stop marketing emails at any time. Transactional emails about your booking or payment (confirmations and receipts) may still be sent while you use our booking service.

We do not sell your personal information.

We only share data with providers needed to run the service — for example Stripe for online payments and our email provider (such as Resend) to deliver booking confirmations and payment receipts.

We keep booking and related communication records for as long as reasonably needed for our business and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them where appropriate.
