When you book, we collect your name, email address, and booking details (selected services, date, time, and payment method).

If you pay online, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

To send booking confirmation emails and, if you pay online, a payment receipt.

To send appointment reminders before your visit.

To send a feedback invitation the day after your appointment.

To send a rebook reminder a few weeks after your visit.

To manage appointments, opening hours, and improve our service.

When you book and tick the consent box, you agree to receive the service emails above (confirmation, reminder, feedback invitation, and rebook reminder).

Rebook emails include an unsubscribe link. If you unsubscribe, we stop sending rebook reminders. Confirmation, reminder, receipt, and similar booking emails may still be sent while you use our booking service.

We do not sell your personal information.

We only share data with providers needed to run the service — for example Stripe for online payments and our email delivery provider for booking-related messages.

We keep booking and related communication records for as long as reasonably needed for our business and legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them where appropriate.
